Incredibly Personable

I was referred to Gurjit Gai, a Realtor with the Rexara Realty Inc Real Estate Team and I am so glad I was. My wife and I had been looking for a home for several months. We did not have an actual Realtor because we could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help us find a home. Gurjit was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of house my wife and I were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, made sure we knew about it immediately. We had to search Realtor website and then ask previous Realtors we'd had if they could show me a home and then hope they could find the time. Gurjit always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when we asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions we might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there.

Mr. Gurjit is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were very picky when it came to finding our first time house. It took 11 months with numerous showings. Gurjit worked hard for us and never gave up. We are happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Gurjit and Rexara team's efforts and we are very grateful. We love our new home. We would recommend Rexara Realty ans especially Gurjit Gai to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

Good afternoon,

My name is Sudhir Nair and I am a realtor with REXARA realty Inc.
I joined the realty in January 2024.
I would like to enumerate and provide a feedback on my experience at REXARA realty.

The realty provides real time help. One can call Gurjit Ghai the managing broker anytime.

Personally, this has been a good year for me regarding deals done but more importantly this has been a great learning curve. Although all my deals were of a residential nature, I often encountered situations where I was unsure of the answer. Gurjit almost always answered the phone or email and in situations where he could not, he responded almost immediately.

The realty focused on a knowledge based approach to the learning process.
There is a weekly training session on Tuesdays where a new topic is discussed.

The realty also focuses on proper handover of paperwork -clear,correctly  filled in and submitted in a timely fashion.

I must  also acknowledge the support provided by our back office staff especially Jasmein Kaur.

Happy to be a part of the growing REXARA family and would encourage realtors  aiming to do better to join this realty.
